In order to help with the cost of the event tickets, all festival tickets are available on a payment plan.
This spreads the cost of your tickets over a number of months, you can choose the amount of months when you check out.
Once you've signed up to this an automatic payment is taken by the official ticket agent each month.
Booking fees are charged with the first payment.
Please note that the Face Value price of the tickets listed is only the initial payment and not the total amount you will be paying.
After you have selected your tickets you will have to agree to certain terms relating to The Hamptons Jazz Festival.
Please note: if you miss a payment due to a lost card or lack of funds, your official ticket agent will contact you via email. You are given a deadline to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email after which time your tickets will be cancelled.
Before purchasing, the payment plan clearly displays the deposit amount and subsequent payment amounts and dates they will be taken.
Unfortunately this is not possible, the payments will be taken each month as scheduled.
Please track your order on the site you bought the ticket from and check the amount that will debited monthly. Please use your order number from your confirmation email as your reference number.
Automatic payment will be taken each month. If you miss a payment on your instalment plan, due to insufficient funds or an invalid card you will be notified via email. You are then given 21 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email.
