Accessibility

Hamptons Jazz Food & Drink Festival is committed to ensuring that our festival is open and accessible to everyone.
We aim to create an inclusive fest for deaf, disabled, neurodivergent audiences and fans with long term physical conditions.

To make everyone's visit as enjoyable as possible, we have accessible facilities available on site for those who need them. You can read about them here in the Access Facilities section of our website.

ACCESS APPLICATIONS FOR HAMPTONS JAZZ FESTIVAL 2025 WILL OPEN NEXT YEAR
If you plan to apply for a PA/Companion Ticket, please purchase your tickets including everyone in your group except the PERSONAL ASSISTANT. This pass is limited to one per paying customer and is provided at no extra cost
The Personal Assistant pass is not interchangeable during the event. In order to ensure fairness and accommodate as many people with disabilities as possible in these areas we are not able to provide more than one Personal Assistant pass per person unless required for medical reasons. Once you have paid for your ticket deposit or pay for tickets in full, you must complete the festivals Access Application Form once access opens in 2025.
